Changes your markdown

Ulysses appears to have a preferred way of formatting markdown, and doesnt always do it correctly. Whenever I load a file, it restyles things, and frequently breaks them, especially links (whats with all the backslashes).

Ulysses kind of missed the whole point of markdown. I cannot abide an editor that fails to obey me. I have kids for that.
