Terrible product, beware you can lose your work!

I bought both iOS and Mac versions of the product, intending to use both and work on the texts trough iCloud. For a while it worked fine, but one day I discovered that both versions of ALL of my documents are "unavailable" with some creaptic explanation that some .XML file doesnt exist. Help desk was no help either. First they recommended to reboot computers and when this obviously didnt help they stopped responding to my emails. Beware you can lose you entire work!
